For those who choose to book the transfer with us, the tour at the Aroma winery starts even before the arrival as a description of the territory and the philosophy of Raffaele Noviello, owner and oenologist of the structure, will be told during the journey that will take us to Irpinia.
Once in Montefalcione, the town where the winery is located, we will move towards the vineyards and show you the characteristics of the area. Together with the winemaker and owner Raffaele, we will explain all the steps leading to the final result of an excellent wine. Small tastings of the wines directly from the tanks and barriques will be offered: this will give you the opportunity to perceive the evolution of the scents that the same wines acquire after the maturation in bottle. The tour includes lunch in a partner restaurant nearby where local dishes will match the range of wines chosen for tasting.
